My name is Ciera Jane Albani-Millstead and I am an expert at helping individuals with chronic pain caused by stress.

I began practicing at the age of 12 every night while my mom was eating dinner I would stand behind her massaging her neck and shoulders (which had a lump at the base of her neck from sitting at a desk every day, she came home in pain most nights from work.)
This went on for years but never did I at that time thought I would end up in this profession.

At 16 I was interested in becoming an architect, and upon graduating High School I went to community college to pursue that career. However after after failing basic algebra twice I went and talked to my counselor who after a long talk told me that I needed that basic class to just to get an associates degree, I quickly asked her about trade schools. She pulled out a list and read off things and when she said massage a light bulb went off above my head and I knew what I was met to do with the rest of my life.

I quickly moved to NY and began studying at the Swiss Institute.
I came back to MI in 1997 and began working at various spas through out Metro Detroit.

I founded Ciera's Soothing Reflexions in 2000 and have been growing ever since. I give my clients one on one Massage treatments, facials, hand and foot spa treatments.

I offer Juice Plus+ "whole food " nutrition products to help keep you healthy between massage visits, because my GOAL is to keep your body healthy and beautiful from the inside out.

I offer AVON (Avon offers both men and women's body washes, deodorants & colognes. My clients like the convenient shopping and receiving of their products while at their massage appointments.
